Heart Fire Yoga is committed to creative and authentic movement-based, healing practices. Our classes provide a safe, challenging, inspiring, and fun opportunity for you begin or continue your yogic journey.

  • Conscious: Grounded in sound and mindful alignment as well as heart centered philosophy you can expect a well rounded experience that invites deeper exploration in practical and accessible ways.

Brand New Beginners Series

beginner yoga in portlandKnow someone who's never done yoga that wants to try? Maybe it's you? Good news! Check out our Brand New Beginners series. This 4-week set of classes is designed specifically for the absolute beginner or anyone wanting a step-by-step review of the basics.

In just 4 short weeks, you will walk away with a strong foundation in the fundamentals of yoga, breathing, and alignment through elemental versions of all basic poses. Upon completion you will have enough knowledge to be comfortable walking into any of our drop-in basic or open level yoga classes.

Sundays from 5:00-6:15pm.
